Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order. LOCAL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, courier service interruptions, or public holidays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
